Your first year at Radix Solar is all about intense commitment to learning the product, the sales process, and starting your path to leadership. You'll move from Jr. Energy Consultant (EC) to EC to Sr. EC and earn your spot as a Mentor in your team (15 Installs).
You've beaten the learning curve and have proven your capabilities as a mentor. Next, you'll work toward a formal leadership position within your team--the Assistant District Manager (ADM). Through this position you'll learn how to manage people, push production, and still maintain your own sales.
With a full year of success as an ADM under your belt, you're ready for the next challenge. At 15 CAPs for 2 quarters in a row, you earn an interview with your VP of Sales to become a District Manager (DM). DM's take ownership over a market, build a team, and lead from the front. It's the ultimate test of leadership that will teach you life-changing skills and emotional intelligence, all while you're building real, lasting wealth.
You've mastered the craft of solar. You're ready for the big leagues. As you work toward becoming a Vice President of Sales, you'll reach 150 team installs and earn an interview with the owners of RADIX. The VP of Sales at Radix Solar is a career long position. It's built to help you take that next big step in your career and put down roots.
