Your first year at Radix Solar is all about intense commitment to learning the product, the sales process, and starting your path to leadership. You'll move from Jr. Energy Consultant (EC) to EC to Sr. EC and earn your spot as a Mentor in your team (15 Installs).
You've beaten the learning curve and have proven your capabilities as a mentor. Next, you'll work toward a formal leadership position within your team--the Assistant District Manager (ADM). Through this position you'll learn how to manage people, push production, and still maintain your own sales.
With a full year of success as an ADM under your belt, you're ready for the next challenge. At 15 CAPs for 2 quarters in a row, you earn an interview with your VP of Sales to become a District Manager (DM). DM's take ownership over a market, build a team, and lead from the front. It's the ultimate test of leadership that will teach you life-changing skills and emotional intelligence, all while you're building real, lasting wealth.
You've mastered the craft of solar. You're ready for the big leagues. As you work toward becoming a Vice President of Sales, you'll reach 150 team installs and earn an interview with the owners of RADIX. The VP of Sales at Radix Solar is a career long position. It's built to help you take that next big step in your career and put down roots.
RDX Life is a career sales position with a formal hiring process. After getting through the application and interview, you’ll start studying to pass multiple certification exam. Using our world-class training platform and materials, our goal is to help you become a certified agent within thirty days of onboarding. From there, you’ll begin shadowing and conducting your own visits. After three months, you’ll start receiving premium leads (free of charge) in your given market. To maintain your position as an Agent at RDX Life,you need to reach $4000 in Annualized Monthly Premium (AMP) and work five days a week.

By month six, you should be out of the learning curve. At this point, you’ll be eligible for an interview with a partner to become an Area Managers once reaching Tier 3 ($17,600). Area Managers get a free ticket to 42X. To maintain your position as an Area Manager at RDX Life, you need to reach $350 in Annualized Monthly Premium (AMP).
A year and a half in and reaching Tier 5 ($38,400), you’ll be eligible for a promotion to VP pending performance and an interview with the partners. VPs lead their geographic region and earn an agent production bonus for team members in the region. At this level, you’ll also earn a free ticket to the annual RDX Life retreat. To maintain your position as a VP at RDX Life, you need to reach $450 in Annualized Monthly Premium (AMP).

After two years, having worked your way up the hierarchy, you’ll be eligible for an interview to become a partner at RDX Life.To become eligible, you must have also reached the Tier 5 criteria. Partner at RDX Life is a long-term position for those dedicated to leading RDX Life. You’ll earn a salary, health benefits, a travel budget, and RDX Life equity. To maintain your position as a Partner at RDX Life, you need to maintain $300 in Annualized Monthly Premium (AMP).
